  • AV, catering, decor, scenery, badging – you name it. Through our diligent research, we'll help you pick the best event partners.

  • Initial estimations, live budgeting during planning stages, post-event reconciliation – you're always in the know about your budget.

  • Whether you need a registration site, delegate comms, an event app, or all of the above, we'll work with our technical partners to create a bespoke solution for your event.

  • Tracking and measuring is our bread and butter. Project timelines, production schedules, sustainability reports – you'll always have access to these documents.

Freelance team: Our team is made up entirely of freelancers, keeping us flexible, agile and well-rounded. Individually, we've worked on events of all shapes and sizes. As a team, we're supercharged! 

The personal touch: We're a small team, meaning our clients receive personal attention from a supplier who truly cares. You'll see the same faces consistently, dodge any rigid corporate procedures, and have 1-1 support at the end of the phone.

Traditional Agency

Cost markups: Agencies rely on significant markups to reach their desired profit margins. Plus, you can expect scope-based management fees, retainers, overtime costs... It’s a lot.
